Janine Sijan-Rozina, Lance Sijan’s sister, and New York Author Stephen Miller are writing a book to keep the memory of Captain Sijan alive.
Sijan joined Wisconsin’s Morning News Wednesday for an emotional preview of the book and a look into his life before the Vietnam war, which she feels is what really defined the man he was.
